As we journey through the lands and water of Mount Shasta, we will enter into a living relationship with the mountain, the sacred sites and the wisdom they carry.

Our journey will be guided by prayer, intuition, the elements, and the wisdom of the mountain itself. While every pilgrimage unfolds uniquely, our travels may include:

• Panther Meadows and its sacred springs, where the waters emerge from the heart of the mountain

• Castle Crags, ancient guardians at the threshold of Shasta

• Castle Lake and Heart Lake, the sacred wells of remembrance, connecting us with our inner flow

• Ascension Rock, a sacred site of crystallization, where insights, experiences, and soul knowing can gather into deeper understanding and embodiment

•Pluto's Cave, an ancient womb of the Earth, inviting us into the mysteries of descent, transformation, and the wisdom of serpent and dragon medicine

• McCloud River and its waterfalls, offering the living memory of the land, where the waters whisper of ancient peoples, Lemurian remembrance, and our belonging within the greater web of life

• Little Glass Mountain and the ancient medicine of Obsidian and transmutation

• Waterfalls: Hedge Creek Falls, MossBrae Falls and Faery Falls, carrying the purity of the waters and inviting remembrance through the body, the heart, and the sacred centers within

Gathering just beyond the Lion's Gate Portal and at the beginning of a new 13 Moon cycle, we step into a powerful threshold.

A time to embody the medicine we came here to carry.

YOUR HOME ON THE MOUNTAIN

For five nights, we will share a beautiful home in the Mount Shasta region, surrounded by the presence of the mountain and the beauty of the land.

This will be our sanctuary between journeys.

A place to gather around the table, share stories and laughter, rest deeply, and integrate all that is unfolding.

With only 8 women, our circle remains intimate, allowing space for meaningful connection, witnessing, and support.

NOURISHMENT

Just as the land nourishes the soul, we will nourish the body with foods chosen to support clarity, vitality, and the awakening of our light body.

Throughout our time together, we will gather in the kitchen as women have done for generations—preparing meals, sharing stories, offering wisdom, and weaving connection through the simple act of creating nourishment together.

The kitchen becomes part of the ceremony.

A place of alchemy.

A place of remembering.

A place where the sacred is found in the ordinary.

Our meals will be intentionally crafted to support the body, nervous system, and energetic channels, helping us remain grounded, clear, and receptive throughout our pilgrimage. 

We will also enjoy meals at local cafés and restaurants throughout our journey, allowing us to experience the beauty and flavors of Mount Shasta while continuing our conversations and connection beyond the walls of our home.

Some meals will be lovingly prepared together, some will be enjoyed out in the world, and all will be part of the pilgrimage.
