“Sitting in ceremony with this group radically shifted something within me!”

Even before we met at the retreat space, you could feel the level of preparation and intention that went into curating this sacred space. They made sure we felt as comfortable as possible going into this process. It was a 3-day retreat in the desert, and MAN, I am so glad I answered the call. While I had worked with plant medicine before, this experience woke me up to a different layer of consciousness in a way unlike anything I’ve ever felt. Journeying with the medicine made me confront the parts of myself that I had been hiding away from, and that can be very uncomfortable. But, the environment created by Tami and Grizz’s team made me feel so held throughout this entire experience, so I could feel safe enough to venture into those dark places within. The way they intuitively guided and moved the energy in the space shifted the energy that felt dense and heavy, into something much lighter and freer. And the music! The variety of simple acoustic, tribal and ethereal songs they played throughout ceremony, really anchored us into the frequency of light and love, which is so necessary when sitting with your shadows. I left feeling like I had healed deep-seated unworthiness wounds that had been keeping me from loving myself my entire life, and I felt so divinely connected to the greatest good of the all of everything. By the end, not only did I meet the deepest layers of myself, but also made life-long friends that have made me feel seen and valued in ways I’ve rarely experienced in this life. These are people who are devoted to this work and truly lead from the heart. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to connect with these beautiful souls and if you have been called to go on this journey, I highly recommend you answer the call.
